In conjunction with the Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County and the Carroll Arts Center, we are pleased to offer the following FREE program: Protecting Your Finances and Avoiding Scams: What You Need to Know! The program is being held Monday May 18th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Carroll Arts Center, located at 91 East Main Street, Westminster.

- Real Estate Practices and Financial Isses in the Real Estate Market – Nora Drury, Associate Broker, Marantha Realty
- What YOU Need to Know in Today’s Banking World – Dawn Bornman, Vice-President of Security and Fraud Management at ACNB
- Scams, How to Recognize Them, and Steps to Present Losing Your Money – Jason Earhardt, Special Investigator, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and Jack Bayne, Senior Staff Member of the Carroll Technology & Innovation Council
