Our mission is to provide adult learners with free, confidential one-on-one tutoring to develop or improve their skills in English, reading, writing, math, and other subjects, enabling them to reach their personal goals.

Partnerships

The Literacy Council works in partnership with many organizations in Carroll County.

Our partners provide critical support, including tutoring locations and providing information about our services. We currently have formal agreements with:
