The Literacy Council is an educational partner of Carroll Community College

Our partnership with Carroll Community College provides some Literacy Council programs directly through Carroll Community College, as well as other collaborative support.

Our Supporters

The Literacy Council works in partnership with many organizations in Carroll County.

Our partners provide critical support, including tutoring locations and providing information about our services. We currently have formal agreements with:

Carroll County Sheriff’s Office
Carroll County Veterans Independence Project
Board of Carroll County Commissioners

Carroll Digital Equity Coalition
