Veteran Services

Support for Veterans and their families
The Literacy Council is committed to supporting veterans in our community and their immediate family members. In addition to our regular programs (which are available to all veterans and their families), we work with veterans who request assistance making the transition from the military to the civilian workplace, as well as veterans who request other support. For example, translating military experience to a civilian resume, or preparing for an interview. We also refer veterans to other services that the Literacy Council does not provide.
We care deeply about supporting our veterans and their families, so please do not hesitate to contact us. We can serve as a point of entry to navigate the confusing array of programs and services.
Contact the Literacy Council for more information, and ask for Samuel Greenholtz, veteran and Executive Director of the Literacy Council.
All materials and support are free.
